- What is the Worldwide Advantage Plan?
For $2.95 per month, Worldwide Advantage offers Residential
Customers who make frequent International Long Distance
Calls, a great
way to save every time they dial. As an International
product enhancement to Absolute Cents, Penny Plan,
or
xChanger, choose WorldWide Advantage and enjoy super-low
International long distance rates to accompany the
savings will already
receive with your domestic calling plan.
- What is the monthly minimum for the Premier Business
Plan?
$100.00 with a $9.95 Low Usage Fee.
- Are there benefits in switching my long distance
service to Acceris?
Yes! Pre-subscribed customers will enjoy the benefits
of receiving low discounted rates with the ease of 1+
dialing! No access codes!
- Do I have to switch providers to use Acceris Partners
service?
No. Customers can take advantage of our dial-around 10-xx-xxx
numbers without switching their primary long-distance
service provider. Your Acceris Partners toll charges will
simply appear on your local phone bill.
- What is the Activation Code for the dial-around products?
The Activation Code is 229264.
- Do I have to enter the Activation Code each time
I use a 10-xx-xxx number?
No. A Customer Activation Code need only be entered on
their very first call.
- Am I charged for calls that do not connect or return
with a busy signal?
No. Customers are only charged if a call connects to the
number they are calling.
- Do your calling plans have monthly fees?
Yes. Acceris Partners' xChanger plan has a $3.95 monthly
fee, Absolute Cents carries a low usage fee of $2.95 per
month if a Customer does not accumulate $15 in monthly
long-distance usage, and WorldWide Advantage and Business
have low monthly fees. Please Be Sure to read the details
for each plan. A Federal Universal Service Fund (USF)
fee of 9.9% of a customer’s total monthly charges, excluding
intrastate usage, accompanies all plans.
- Do your calling plans have a minimum per call?
Yes. Acceris Partners' Call 4 Cents plan (101-5335) plan
has a 10-minute minimum per call.
- Can I use your 10-xx numbers to make International
calls?
Yes. Simply dial the appropriate access code (10-xx number)
you wish to use, then 011 + country code + city code +
the number.
- If I forget to dial the 10-xx number, will I still
receive Acceris Partners' rates?
No. That is another advantage of switching your service
to Acceris Partners. Anytime you, or someone you know,
used your phone, there would be no need to remember the
10-xx number first. A Pre-Subscribed Customer would simply
pick up the phone and dial 1+ Area Code + Number, as usual,
and you would always receive Acceris Partners' great low
rates.
- Are travel cards available?
Yes. Upon pre-subscribing to Acceris Partners Residential
or Business international Long-Distance Services,
Travel Cards will
be made available free of charge!
- Do your low rates only apply for certain times or
days of the week?
No! All of our calling plans offer their great low rates
any time of the day, any day of the week!
- Are Toll-free Numbers Available with The Business
Plans?
Yes! Toll-free numbers are available with all Pre-Subscribed
Residential and Business Plans. There is a $10.00 one-time
setup fee and a $2.00 fee per toll-free number per month.
The great news is - Customers receive the same great
per
minute rates as the 1+ long-distance calling plans they
choose!
- Is there a monthly minimum with the Simplicity Business
calling plan?
Yes. The monthly minimum is $20 per account for the Simplicity
Business plan.
- In What Second/Minute Increments are Simplicity/Elite/Premier
Business billed?
Domestic long distance calls for Business Plans are rounded
to the second decimal point and billed in 6-second increments
with an
18-second initial charge. International long distance
calls for all business plans are billed in 6-second increments
with
a 30-second initial charge. Calls to Mexico are billed
in 1-minute increments, with a 1-minute initial charge.

Yes! Acceris Partners' Simplicity Business plan is designed
for the small to medium-sized business, Elite Business
for the medium to large-sized business, and Premier Business
for the large-sized business. All Business plans include
1+ dialing, toll-free numbers, travel card access and

- How will I know if my long distance service has been
switched to Acceris Partners?
The majority of orders are Pre-Subscribed to Acceris Partners'
within three business days. To see if your phone lines
have been moved to Acceris Partners, call from your Billing
Telephone Number (BTN) toll-free (700) 555-4141. If service
has been switched, the recording will say, “Welcome to
WorldxChange”!
- How will I be billed?
Acceris Partners services are provided by WorldxChange.
Residential and Simplicity Business customers can be billed
either through their Local Carrier, or directly by Credit
Card when choosing the Iplan Internet Billing Option.
Customers choosing to be billed by their Local Carrier
will be billed for services by WorldxChange. Business
Customers are billed directly and will receive their monthly
billing statement by Acceris Communications Partners.
- What if I have a "PIC Freeze" on my line?
Customers must contact their Local Telephone Company Directly
To Ask Them to Remove the PIC Freeze. Please note, Customers
who have requested Acceris Partners to switch their "Local
Toll" (Intralata) Service must also request their Local
Company to remove the freeze from their Intralata Service.
Once the Pic Freeze is removed, Acceris Partners can switch
your service.
